Perfect
I had a bench with a storage space under the seat. The old hinges started bending. These hinges were a perfect replacement. Easy to install and worked very well.

Replacement hinges for shoe storage bench
One of the hinges on our upholstered shoe storage bench started to fail and the bench would no longer close properly. I took a chance and ordered these hinges as a replacement. They were exactly the same size, shape and finish. Super easy to install, these came with a right and left hinge, with plenty of extra screws. Only tool needed is a Philips head screw driver. These hinges look great and are whisper quiet. Lid stays up and closes completely without slamming. Im so pleased! They saved me a ton of money and I was able to keep my bench!

A little complicated
Seems like a well-made, high quality product but could’ve used better directions on how the thing works. Giving 4 stars because I just couldn’t figure it out and ended up using different hardware.

This was a good replacement for our broken hinge.
I was happy to find these as our hardware store did not carry a hinge that would accommodate our wood trunk. They work well and I haven't had any problem with them.

Doesn’t work
Terrible!! Wouldn’t hold up the lid.

Very best self closing hinges!
The media could not be loaded. We tried so many other brands, none of them worked until these! These are PERFECT closures as we wanted for two toy chest. We have young grandchildren, 2,4 and 6, and their tiny fingers could get crushed or slammed on. No more! Absolutely perfect!

Very stiff and bad hardware
2 of the screws snapped off in the wood. Once I managed to attach the arm, it wouldn’t even close. Yes, I had to move the position because of the screws but it’s very stiff anyway.
