Quiet.
Very quiet operation. Moves water very well.

Very powerful pump
It took us forever to get this pump connected to our pond and that's the only reason I'm knocking a star off (the outgoing valve kept leaking and we had to rig the pipe to make it fit the connector). That was REALLY a pain, but we finally got everything connected and I'm so happy that my pond with the waterfall is operating.

In a world so competitive, does service still exist ?
Not everything works flawlessly from any manufacturer. What sometimes makes a great product is the service provided when something fails only minutes after being plugged in. If they simply exchange the pump and the new one does as advertised, my review will reflect it properly
