mirrea 48in Modern LED Vanity Light for Bathroom Lighting Dimmable 46w Chromed (Cold White 5000K)

We remodeled our bathroom last week and decided on this fixture. It is Very bright and looks amazing. Dimmer function is nice at night.

One of the main criteria for selecting this light was my wife's demand for a bright light to make it easy to apply makeup in the mirror in the morning. This light easily does it (and met her approval). Instant on and off. The price was also very reasonable in my opinion considering this is a 36 inch light.The install was easy. Everything is included in the kit to install on an existing electrical wall box. The kit even included a pair of white gloves to help you keep fingerprints off the light during the install! To install, simply remove the back panel from the back of the light (2 top and 2 bottom screws). Attach this back plate to the wall box. Screws and washers are provided. Then connect the electrical wires using the electrical nuts provided. You will need someone to hold the light while this is done. Re-position the light over the back plate and replace the 4 screws. You are done!In our case, we used a simple light switch (not a dimmer). However, this light does support dimmers if you want to dampen the bright light a little (especially early in the morning).This light also offers the ability to "swivel" the light at different angles. The description shows that you can point it outward, upward, or downward. Wasn't sure how this was adjusted or useful this would be. I think this is a great feature. You can adjust this at any time by simply moving the light bar with your hand in the direction you want to focus the most light (a full 180 degree range). In reality, you will probably only do this the first time you install it. However, I like the installation flexibility it gives this light.This is the first mirrea product I've bought. I will definitely consider them first for any future lighting needs.

Very bright. Almost too bright. Bought this (24" model) for a small (6' x 5') bathroom. Easy install if you are a "do it yourselfer". Works great. Not a "high end" look. But it does what I need it to do for my guest bathroom.

Installed over my sink. Perfect lighting, lots of compliments. Like the way it tilts and I have it on a dimmer switch

I ordered this light to go over my 48” mirror and vanity. This is a very bright light. The light is so bright, I had to put a dimmer on it. Any standard dimmer will work. I saw some reviews saying that you needed to purchase a specific brand dimmer and that isn’t true. I would also suggest getting the light in the softer yellow color since the light is so bright.

Wow..removed old 19 year old Master Bathroom lights above sinks across room from each other and boy are they bright..We had a dimmer switch, thank goodness, and it is on lowest setting and still OH SO LIGHT!! love the contemporary asthetics also..have LOTS of compliments and my husband shows company all the time how "COOL" they are. We love them and the price is outstanding in todays world. TY>TY>TY>

We put this over the vanity and it's perfect with an led-compatible dimmer switch. Also the light can be adjusted so that it doesn't have to shine down directly (swivels). Our electrician liked it so much he said he was going to get one too. Throws off LOTS of light.

We just installed this light fixture today so I can't really comment on how hot it gets (as another reviewer noted) but I can say this: It installed very easily with two people (it's so long, you really need a second person to stand on the vanity and hold it while the other person connects the wiring and screws the box in place). The person who does the holding should wear the cotton gloves they include as the high-shine finish of the chrome strip shows every oily finger print - save yourself some polishing! We didn't follow the dimmer suggestions, rather used a Lutron LED dimmer since we were trying to match two other dimmer switches in the line-up of switches. It works fine and there's no wait for the light to come on. Our electrician used the same Lutron dimmer for our other LED lights so we figured it was OK. Based on other reviewers' comments, we opted for warm white and are really happy with it. It is truly warm white (not yellow) and though it's pretty bright at full intensity, the dimmable option allows you to select the intensity you want. We love how simple, streamlined and modern it looks and feel likes it completes our newly renovated ensuite. I had a hard time locating a 48-inch LED acrylic strip like this - I visited several lighting stores and was told they simply aren't available in this length, so I was really happy to find it on Amazon for a decent price compared to a lighting store. It's a very good length for a double sink vanity. I'll edit my review later if we encounter any issues with overheating or the dimmer switch but at first blush, we're happy with this fixture.

Bright enough without being blinding. It has an adjustable head so you can change the direction of the light. Installation was easy too!

Does the job. Square outer cover and light is held in place by 4 very small and short machine screws on top and bottom edges. Difficult to install with finger tips. Need space for screw driver between top of mirror and light. Electrical box should be close to desired position as there is not a lot of adjustment.

Just installed the 36" light (Cold White) today and I'm really impressed so far, so much so that we have ordered 2 more for our other bathrooms. Quick delivery from Amazon and well packaged.The light looks great, is well built and was very easy and quick to install. It's very bright, in fact, much more than the 200 Watt halogen light it replaced. I installed the Leviton 6672 SureSlide Universal 150W LED/CFL Incandescent Slide-to-Off Dimmer and they work well together with no buzzing noise as referenced in a few other reviews related to dimmers.I'll update the review if I come across any issues but for now I have no problem recommending this light if you're looking for a modern look, a bright light and LED to consume less power.

Really like the appearance of the fixture and the fact that it is adjustable and can be put on dimmer switch. The cold white color of the light is too stark for the bathroom. Electrician suggested that a warm white would have been better. Other than the color of the light he also thought it was a good choice. Have since reordered fixture with a warm white light.
