Great Egg pan
I really like this Egg pouching pan within 8 minutes I am eating my favorite egg meals. Might need a new one for my condo away from home.

Perfect Eggs
This is the best egg poacher we have ever owned. The eggs come out perfect. The price is very reasonable for such a quality item. It cleans very nicely and has a very attractive finish.

Not pleased with this poacher
Just used the poacher for the first time. I use a cooking time of 4:10 with every other poacher I have used. I emptied one cup after that time and realized that was not nearly enough time - I attribute that to this poacher having plastic cups. I used the egg whites on top as my guide and resulted in overdone yolks while the whites were still a little runny. I recommend buying a poacher with metal cups.

Plastic Poaching Cups
Not pleased. I should have read the FULL description. The pan is non-stick but the poaching cups are plastic. 2nd time I used it the water evaporated too quickly and the cups melted.
