Gets hot
Great interior size and 2 shelves for plenty of hot towels, a hot neck wrap, and hot basalt stones. Takes 30 minutes to heat up then keeps the towels very hot.

The size is perfect and it definitely heats up very well! Worth the money!

Perfect!
Just received it today. Wiped it out with wet cloth really well and testing it out with wet towels with a few drops of eucalyptus oil on each. Seems to work well. Some people said it stunk like chemicals but maybe they didn't wipe it out first. Heating nicely, no stink. Happy with it and great price point! Perfect size to fit a bunch of towels or 8 towels and a couple stones and cream for massage.

The Most Attrocious Smell!
My last towel warmer lasted 13 years! I had to have a replacement and this was the same size. Upon unpacking, I can hear something loose inside, so I'm dubious that this will last very long at all. But the main issue - the smell. This thing has THE WORST odor... even the plastic bubble wrap that covered the racks had the same terrible smell. I was hoping it was just the plastic, but it's the entire interior. I can't even describe it other than an extremely foul chemical smell - and not like a clean chemical smell (like ozone would produce) but a funky, old, chemical odor that is a big NO. I pray my towels will not smell like that. I'm airing it out over the weekend, but I would not recommend purchasing this warmer. It should not stink this way coming out of the box. Makes me wonder what type of facility this thing is produced in and what else they're making. Terrible.
