Is this safe lead free?

I've worn MAC for years and this is lead free.

Will this stay on for several hours and won't smear ? I'm thinking of buying it for my wedding day.

I've worn this lipstick and shade for years. I receive compliments on it all the time. It stays on very well as it is a true matte formula. But, for even more certainty, I'll give you my tip for lipsticks: Apply it, pat your lips lightly with face powder, apply second coat.
