Did not have Bluetooth
Can't use, no Bluetooth, have to return via UPS instead of USPS as requested, so I have to make a 80 mile round-trip to the nearest UPS store.

refurb product works perfectly
The screen definition is really good. It was easy to set up and install the programs I needed, and it didn't come with a lot of junk that I had to spend time removing. The computer itself was shipped in awesome bubble wrap, and I couldn't find a scratch on it. I had a little problem with the battery charger, but the seller worked it out. Very good communication. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

There is nothing to dislike about this product. It is very affordable. The main purpose for buying this laptop is to use the serial port to connect to my Cisco router and switch. Another purpose for buying this laptop is to do word processing and email.

Don't buy refurbished
Half the keys on keyboard don't work. I waited to long to test it, it was a gift for someone, my bad. For this price I could have gotten a new from WM. Don't buy refurbished and always open and test products right away.
