Late-2013 Apple MacBook Pro with 2.4GHz Intel Core i5 (13-inch, 4GB RAM, 128GB Storage) (Renewed)

I purchased a replacement insurance 4 year plan and have been trying for months to get my MacBook replaced that quot after 3 months, and still can't get any help.

The laptop is working beautifully. Some wear and tear upon further inspection, however, little dents here and there don't bother me in general. Great product for an unbeatable price. Highly recommend before someone snags it.

I am blown away the condition the MacBook Pro was in. Came a few days earlier than expected and packaged to perfection. I will purchase another computer as this seller is definitely the real deal. Must purchase product guys and gals.

Update- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. I tried getting a defective MacBook repaired, sent it in, they held it for a week and didn’t do anything to it and shipped it back to me. Received the MacBook and still doing the same thing. Now, they’re telling me there’s nothing they can do since it has been over 90 days… absolutely scummy people to deal with. Take your money elsewhere. It’s not worth your time or headache.Ordered two of these laptops for Christmas. One stopped charging after 60 days. Doesn’t go above 1%. Once unplugged it dies. Can’t operate or open any apps. Sent back to be ‘fixed’, they said they fixed a ‘speaker’ issue. I checked monitor and battery usage, but no screen activity shows for the days they has the unit, so they didn’t even turn it on. They returned it to me and same problem persists. Not happy with their service or product. I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Everything was good. Only problem, it has a small green light in the bottom left corner of the screen.

The battery stopped working within 2 years of purchase. It was used when I got it in 2020 so that may be the reason. Not worth the money though.

Excellent product for the price. It came in good condition and on time.

Opened the package and the unit itself would not power on or show any kinds of power. Opened it up and was filled with dust and grime, looked like some coffee was spilt on it.
