Great martini glass, perfect sized
Packaging is great - well protected, a couple recipes, and a bit of history included.Quality looks very high, not some cheaply made product - has some heft to it.Holds a perfect amount - 4-5 oz and stays cold. Looks just like the ones from the movies. Unfortunately, I'll never be a "thin" man, LOL.

Beautiful & Substantial
If you are looking for "fine and delicate" skip these. Personally for serving cocktails at my house, I want something that can go in the dishwasher and if I accidentally drop it it's not going to shatter into a million pieces. These are heavy enough that if I'm hand washing them I don't have to worry about them breaking apart either. I love the beautiful etching on the outside. They are absolutely sturdy for keeping in the freezer so that your coupe glass is ice cold waiting for the cocktail. I've used these glasses for over a year now and they were one of the best buys I've had. I returned a more expensive version made by the same company because they were simply too delicate and I knew that even when I was hand washing them, I was in danger of them breaking.

Perfect !
Beautiful and well-made. I gave them as a gift and my friend was very very happy. I am always particular about the glasses that I use and these are fun. Good quality with a nice lip.

Perfect for a manhattan
I wish I could show you the great photos I took of a Manhattan in this pretty, sturdy glass, and show you the impressive packaging with the little backstory, black and white glossy photo of the “thin man” actors, and cocktail recipes. Unfortunately I can’t because Amazon is not allowing me to add new photos to my gallery. It allowed me to add photos for another item I reviewed two minutes ago, and it has decided that those are the only photos that can be in its gallery. Amazon, please take note and fix this issue! Anyway, it’s pretty, does have visible seams which make me think they should cost less than $18 each, fortunately not very noticeable, and truly measures 5.5 ounces. When you open the box, it’s filled with foam popcorn under which you will find the two glasses, wrapped in bubble wrap. If I had bought these as a gift for someone else, I would remove all that and rewrap the glasses in nice tissue, with extra tissue for padding, and it would be quite a nice presentation.

Great glasses, worth the money.
The glasses came well packed, reasonable packing to present as a gift. I have seen other sets that are packaged much fancier for gift giving. The glasses themselves are high quality crystal, blemish and line free, and quite thin. They have a very pleasant ring when clinked together but go gently! They are fine in the dishwasher, ran two cycles so far. Just be certain nothing can rattle against them during the wash cycle as they are delicate. A photo card of Nick and Nora Charles is provided as they were the inspiration for these glasses. Commentary and recipe for The Bronx Cocktail is on card reverse. These are exactly six ounces to the rim, the highest reasonable working volume is five ounces. I first made a Last Word cocktail with measured ingredients of three ounces. After shaking and dilution volume was 3.75 ounces which is shown in photo below. Great classic glasses that I would buy again.

Classic
Nothing better than a classic Nick & Nora. These are classic. Perfect. Our cocktails taste better, I swear.

All around, pretty great
I like whiskey. I usually drink it neat in a glencairn or on the rocks in an old fashioned glass. Lately as i've been figuring out ways to pass the time home alone during a global pandemic, i've been starting to enjoy making cocktails, like the Paper Plane, pictured above.I needed new glassware for these cocktails. a classic martini glass wasn't for me, I don't particularly like the way they look. I discovered the Coupe glass and figured i'd get a couple of those, but then came across the Nick & Nora glass. The shape of this glass intrigued me, felt a little more masculine perhaps? Or maybe just easier to hold. The history of the glass is also fun.Anyway, I bought this set and I really like it. It is the perfect size for most classic cocktail recipes (love a good Manhattan as well). I really love a fine crystal glass when i'm drinking wine, but want something a little sturdier when i'm enjoying a cocktail, and this is. It is not cheap feeling but also doesn't feel like one wrong move and it's gonna shatter. Comes in a decent gift box which talks a little about the history of the glass too.I'll probably buy some nice Coupe glasses at some point, but I bet that these Nick & Nora's will be the ones that I use the most.

Fair value mid-quality product
I often favor Riedel glassware and was seeking to add some variety to my cocktail glasses. Upon reading reviews of the Riedel Nick and Nora cocktail glasses, they were reviewed as lower quality than their typical glassware and I decided to pursue alternatives.I was hoping for a quality similar to the quality of Riedel Veritas line or better. Crystal that's light, seamless, and above average quality. While this product is a fair price and decently made, it is unfortunately not of that quality. They should be suitable for heavier duty use, they're thicker glass. The glasses are seamless. The packaging is a suitable gift box and I appreciated the card with the cocktail recipes as well as the history. I was disappointed to discover "peanut" packing material in the box. If you're looking for a unique gift for a cocktail enthusiast, this would be a candidate.Given that "Nick and Nora" glasses are a niche product, I suspect there are limited options for higher quality. I'm going to keep them; they will be an additional option at cocktail parties. If you want classic cocktail glasses of the highest quality, consider Riedel Veritas or Superleggero coupe glass.
