Great for Shadow Boxing
Great design that fits in your hands.

Turns any simple workout into a great workout
Wow - these are awesome. I got these to incorporate some shadow boxing drills into my cardio sessions and man, have these things delivered. They turn a simple workout into an intense workout. They get you sweating and get your muscles fired up super fast.They're so incredibly easy to add to any workout too. I use them to jump rope sometimes, or to run, or for yoga or stretches. It adds an extra notch of intensity that makes every simple movement feel like a workout. Every day actions become easier when you train basic movements with some weight. Picking up a glass has never felt easier. Lol.I imagine it would be great for rehab use as well. Very versatile tool!

Very comfortable
I love these 1 lb egg weights! These are extremely comfortable and fit nicely in the palm of my hand. I walk daily on the treadmill and add these for a slight edge. I slide these over my middle finger (roughly size 8) and they are not tight (even as my body swells during my workout). They are strong and sturdy and when I walk outside they could even double as a weapon if needed ha!

Good design though a bit pricey
I used this frequently for shadow boxing and found it is indeed better than dumbbell. However, the price tag is a bit hefty given the material and weight.

Great set of egg weights
I use these consistently for shadow boxing, various warm ups, and for walking. The rubber cover with the ring for your finger is solidly constructed, comfortable, and secured the weight in your hand well.

Heavier than they look!
I bought these for my son’s workout. Even though they are small, the weight is definitely there. He loves them.

Really nice product!!!!
I really like this product, it's an excellent tool to use for shadow boxing, it fits nice in the hand and is well constructed. The product arrived with a note from the company president Mr. Malcolm who apologized for the delay in shipment due to the Covid-19 crisis and provided with a shipment a free tote bag to store the egg weights in. This was a surprise, as I was fully prepared for whatever shipment delays that would occur as a result of this pandemic. However, his note though unexpected, was incredibly nice and ended with 'Thank you for your understanding and patience. Please stay safe and healthy'. I would highly recommend this product and this company.
