Awesome!!!

I am not going to lie - when I first started opening the package I muttered some cusswords thinking they had sent me camouflage paper. Up close out of context, this paper looks nothing like castle bricks. However as soon as you unroll it and mount it, the bricks are immediately clear and look great! This made such a cute background for a Harry Potter photo shoot and I am saving the rest for Harry Potter parties when all my kids turn 11 (they have no choice!).Paper is very sturdy and doesn't tear easily. Feels like a very heavy duty wrapping paper. The paper is not see through, and this roll is HUGE. For a normal wall, you will need two tiers to create a floor to ceiling effect. For the photo shoot, I just used one piece and didn't need to overlap. I would definitely recommend!

Love the look of my room with this paper!

Wow Wow Wow! I just put this paper up and have received comments on it from everyone who walked into my classroom! It covered the entire back bulletin board that is almost the entire length of my back wall PLUS it covered two smaller side bulletin boards PLUS I have a lot more leftover! I am so impressed with this paper and literally "how far it went!" I am taking off one star because the paper feels a little on the thin side. It rips a little easier than the other bulletin board papers that I have used. I would still buy it again and I am intending on keeping it up all year. I am still waiting to add the finishing touch with some black border that is on the way, but here are some pictures.

Really makes a nice looking wall for $25

My room was looking too sterile after I removed the faded paper on the wall and the soft goods / flexible seating options. So I felt that I needed to do something different and “cool” for my middle school students. I chose this. The paper is thicker than the stuff on the cart but it isn’t as thick as I thought it would be. It does tear but not super easily and it does wrinkle a bit. Good thing that the forgiving pattern helps hide wall and installation imperfections. The pattern is cute and really added warmth to a large chalky white wall. This wall is a work in progress but what you see is almost one complete 50’ roll of paper—I do have some left over enough to do one maybe two small bulletin boards. I stapled the paper to the wall and because of the pattern, you do not see the staples at all which is pretty awesome. Fingers crossed that it doesn’t fade.

Medieval Halloween tips and tricks

We purchased this for a Medieval Themed Halloween Party and it worked splendidly. We used it with grey plastic tablecloth to extend the effect as we were concerned that the wall would look to busy if we made the fake wall 8 feet tall. Also, that way we could save this more expensive paper for where it would really show (eye height) and use the grey table cloth behind furniture and such. Also the tablecloth served to protect our wall from damage. Here is what we did to get the most bang for our buck.-- Run the 4 ft x 100 ft tablecloth along the bottom of the wall from the baseboard to 4 feet off the ground. Attach to the wall with a line of blue painters tape along the top and sides (we let the bottom edge hang free)-- Cut a ~10 - 12 in strip of table cloth and run it along the wall at the normal ceiling height (dropping down from 8 feet off the ground) also using blue painters tape.-- Hang this product at eye level so it covers both the upper and lower strips of grey tablecloth (ours was about 8 inches from the ceiling at the top and then 4 feet down from that). Use the painters tape to baste it in place then use standard grey duct tape to tape the 'wall' paper to the table cloth.-- Use grey duct tape to cover the blue painters tape at the seams. Be careful not to get the duct tape on the paint of the walls.-- Use a few flat silver thumb tacks at the corners and along edges to further secure the blue tape/duct tape combo along the plastic table cloth edges as the painters tape is not quite strong enough to hold this all up on it's own over time (but it only takes a few-- one at each corner is sometimes all that is is needed. The thumb tacks blend in, but if you want to make it look like a deliberate texture then place them with regular spacing. This may seem overly complicated, but when it came time to take the decorations down after they had been up for more than 3 weeks, it only took a few minutes per wall. Clean up was fast and easy and this decoration is recyclable paper so it can go in the recycle bin rather than the trash. We could have salvaged some quite large pieces for craft projects or themed wrapping paper if needed.I was thrilled with how this turned out. As other reviewers have noted, when you first take it out of the box it looks like terrible camouflage, but once it is unrolled and up on a wall the trompe-l'œil effect is is amazing. It is not hyper realistic, but makes for a great effect. Also, it is matte paper and not shiny plastic. The stiffness of the paper made it much easier to cut and place than plastic and it didn't reflect light in a way that stone should not, as plastic is prone to do.Used for this project:1. This product 1 roll (we bought 2 and had one left over)2. One roll of 100 foot long x 4 ft wide grey plastic tablecloth (from a local party supply store). We put the shiny side against the wall.3. 3-4 rolls of 1.88 wide x 10 yards grey duct tape (original grey-- not one of the designer colors)4. 3-4 rolls of 1.88 wide or narrower blue painters tape5. A few grey/silver thumbtacks (the kind that are flush to the wall, as opposed to push-pins that stick out)

Great looking paper!

I used this paper on several boards in my classroom and I have gotten so many compliments. The paper has been up for a year now and the boards have been changed many times, but the paper looks just as good as the day I put it up.

Great for "shiplapping" a classroom

This paper is wonderful. It completely transformed my classroom. So far, three months into the year, I still haven't had a single tear caused by my 4th graders. Everyone that walks in my classroom loves it. Three rolls contained more than enough to cover all of my walls in my classroom. It looks perfect in my shiplap and cactus themed classroom. This also makes a great photo backdrop.

Best background for the price I have found! Perfect! Read review, check photos!

Okay, so I run a specialized photography business, and I only shoot maternity, newborns, and children. I usually spend anywhere from $75-$150 on a background. I was looking for just a different type, color, or flooring, something new to place on the floor and have like a baby in a basket, overhead shot, I NEVER thought it would hang on my background stand. I thought for the price, why not?! I LOVE IT! Ill tell you why. First off, I love that it isnt just flimsy paper, its actually the same quality as any other lower end vynal that you would buy on ebay and only get like 4x5 of it. I love that its an entire ROLL and I can cut what I need of it. I LOVE that it does hang on my background stand very easily and without wrinkles, I just dont clamp the bottom and kind of let it curl into the stand legs. Then I line up a floor with it and it looks great. I am going to try to upload some photos I have taken with this, it looks great in the photos and my only thing bad about this is that the company doesnt have more of it. Easy to store too! LOVE LOVE LOVE! when i run out ill most deff. be getting more of it

Amazing product shipped in excellent packaging!

I've bought this product in a different design from another store in the past; they didn't package it well at all, and it arrived damaged and unusable. This time I bought it from Amazon and I'm so glad that I did. The product was packaged very well, in two long cardboard boxes for excellent protection. (A bonus is that I have the perfectly sized boxes to store the remaining paper!)The product itself is perfect. I've used it three times -- the solid "azure" colour, "wispy clouds", and "weathered wood". All three look amazing in my classroom. The weathered wood design does not look cheap. The pattern (ex: knots in the wood) do not repeat very much, which helps it to look realistic.Unfortunately, my bulletin boards were higher vertically than this paper, so I had to line two pieces up as best as I could, and layer it. However, the purposeful imperfections in the wood design help to hide the fact that there are two pieces.I used the vertical lines in the "wood" and even the "nails" as guidelines to measure and cut the paper, and then a dollar-store hardware razor blade to trim the bit excess paper once it was stapled up.

Beautiful esthetic for classroom

The paper is just gorgeous. The roll covered a large bulletin board plus one regular and a small, with enough left to do it again next year I believe! One of my boards was taller than the roll but I just worked it like regular wallpaper. No problem. My class room looks gorgeous!

Five Stars

Beautiful colour and quality. I used it in my classroom.Edit: 2 years later and 2 classrooms later, I still have some of this stuff. It’s a huge roll and the quality is great.
