The listing says 61 x 92 cm but the product info says 36 x 24 in. so how big is it? i need to know how many i should buy to cover my windows.

61cm = 24 inches, 92cm = 36 inches. It is 24 inches wide and 36 inches tall.

Can this be applied to either side? I want to use it on the inside of glass cabinet doors because outside glass is somewhat beveled on the edges?

You need to apply it on the smooth side or the material would not stick properly. The design would still show through once applied to the glass cabinet, but remember that without back lighting, it will look rather flat.

What's the percentage of UV protection?

Uv protection unknown. I would guess light blocking approx 40%. This is a print and not textured with raised areas. Some areas are darker than others.
