Have been purchasing this on a subscribe & save basis for months. Love it! Had to get use to the taste at first, added a packet of Splenda to it and it made it taste much better. Really helps with my insomnia and HOPING it helps with lowering my cholesterol levels. Will find out in January. I had to replace my most current order with a different choice b/c it said this brand was unavailable. I’m hoping that isn’t on a perm. basis. I actually look forward to my cup of golden milk every night. I mix it with Oat Milk, drink it warm.

This golden milk blend has become one of my favorite little nighttime rituals — especially on days when I need a bit of comfort or a gentler wind-down. The flavor is warm and earthy with just the right balance of turmeric and spice, and it dissolves easily in warm milk or a non-dairy alternative. I usually enjoy mine in a pretty mug with a splash of almond milk and a touch of honey, stirred slowly with a spoon while I let my mind (and body) settle. It’s nourishing, grounding, and feels like a soft exhale at the end of the day. If you’re new to golden milk, don’t be intimidated — this one makes it easy. And if you’ve loved it for years, like I have, this version checks all the boxes for quality and simplicity. Highly recommend keeping it on hand for moments that call for a little calm.

Item came packaged well, the lid was wrapped with a safety seal. It has a handy little scoop inside for easy measuring. Upon opening it was a little clumpy, even though it had a moisture absorbing pack. As other reviews mentioned, contents did settle quite a bit, the jar looked 1/2 empty. However, it is SOLD BY WEIGHT, 3.7 oz. I dumped the contents onto my food scale to check and it came it at 3.9 oz. So it did contain the full amount promised. It was hard for me to decide which brand of golden milk to get, as the formulas are each a bit different. I selected this one because: It is organic, G of Life tests their products for lead and other bad things, this has 3 forms of turmeric (root, extract, + fermented), and I wanted the included probiotics and ashwagandha. I wish I could find one without black pepper fruit/extract. I know it helps absorption, but upsets my stomach if taken daily. I made my first latte last night. I heated about 10 oz of almond milk and used 1 scoop. I blended with a hand-push wisk. - It blended fine. There was some settlement at the bottom, but a very small amount. - Taste was good. A little bland with the 1 scoop serving, but a few drops of monk fruit made it yummy. - I wish the label gave more clarity on amounts (mgs?)... ingredients like turmeric, ashwagandha, cinnamon bark.... they are all listed as part of a 3.5 gram "organic golden milk blend," so I don't really know how much I'm getting of any of them. - I think there are 30 servings because the scoop is really small, which is what makes the flavor bland. I think 2-3 x's the amount in one scoop, in 8-10 oz, would have been better. I think mixing with water would have been gross. I will be looking for brand that has a similar ingredients with a larger serving size. - I didn't feel any different after I drank it, but I didn't expect to, I hope/expect to see a benefit over time. - It was soothing to drink before bed. - In general, it's tasty, was sealed well and appears to have good blend of useful, organic ingredients.

I've been trying to incorporate more ayurvedic principles info my diet over the past two years, since I found out I was allergic to gluten. I've found Golden Milk to be a great digestive aid, as well as a good way of helping me to sleep at night. I'm dairy free, so I make this with rice milk. I have to avoid 95% of the commercial oat, nut, and other faux milks as they contain gums - guar gum. xanthan gum, locust bean paste. Those gums are used to replace, and to mimic the function of, gluten. So, it's not really surprising that they are just as troublesome as the product they replace to a lot of people who are allergic to gluten. I spend way too much time, almost every day, on the computer. My muscles get jumpy and jangly by the time I go to bed, and my poor, over-stimulated brain can be zinging for hours after my head touches the pillow. I use Rice Dream classic recipe with this (no gums!) and it tastes really good! I like to add a little more cinnamon, and to grate some fresh nutmeg into it, and if go with the vanilla classic rice dream, this is like a warm hug-in-a-mug... as opposed to a "septua-centennial cupcake-in-a-cup" ;) Both are good, but this is one you can make at home, and will help to give yourself to feel that warm and fuzzy feeling which can help you fall asleep quicker. The fact that it can also help to calm an irritated gut and to nudge your gut towards better overall health is a welcome bonus.

So many comments on a half filled jar. Did you weigh the powder? If it measures in at 3.7 ounces, then you are getting what you paid for; not less than. Powders (and other products) settle. That being said, I like this blend. It has a mild taste. Warming. I like it mixed in with a cup of herbal tea, or with warm non dairy milk. When I want it sweeter or I want a greater turmeric flavor, then I make adjustments. Sometimes I add it in with matcha powder, or a smoothie. Look at the ingredients.. if the mixture looks good to you, then give it a try. A serving is just 3.5 grams (1 small scoop, a little less than a teaspoon). Works well with 6-8 ounces of fluid. Sometimes I double my dose. Mixes easily and smoothly. I haven't noticed any clumps or grit. I have only used it with warm fluid, except when I add it to a smoothy-- but there I am blending with other stuff. I do the subscribe and save along with other items, so I get it for around $10. It is easier than making my own blend, and I find it tasty enough to want to reorder it a few times a year. Just depends on what I am in the mood for. Nice product, I recommend.. if this is your style of drink supplement.
