I did not properly read the listing, this comes with two latches!!! I was very happy to find that little surprise. These latches work perfectly for our coffee table/trunk. The top slides open which is great except for when we put our feet up on it. I needed a latch to match the existing hardware and this is really close! The latches are definitely on the small side but I knew that ahead of time.For the critics out there... yes, I would agree it's not the best quality but for $3.50 a latch, I'm not complaining. I took a picture of one of the less-than-impressive pieces.

Worked perfectly for my use case. It is small so I wouldn't trust it to hold against too much weight
