The media could not be loaded. I have used it a couple of times and I am satisfied with its operation, it met all my expectations, on the other hand the person who made the delivery to me was the UPS company, they were not kind to my wife even though I asked in the order that they leave it in the back of my house, they did not do it and just left it lying there in front... in short, the product works great, I give it a 10 but the customer service leaves a lot to think about.

The media could not be loaded. This roaster worked like a charm!We kind of miscalculated the hog size and getting a 100 lbs one, so we had to chop the rear legs. But otherwise, this was pretty awesome!We use propane for this one, so it was done in about 8hrs with the skin and meat falling of the beast.Additionally, the vendor gained extra cool points by calling me and confirming the order number as I made a mistake during the purchase.Thanks for your honesty.

this is not a good value for your hard earned money .I'm a very experienced cook and went thru the reviews weighed them all out and bought this . yes it was a huge mistake !!!! could have bought something a lot better than this , its thin hooded , hard to work with i have several burns on my arms from the lid .sets low and my wife is still trying to figure out why its still here on the property !! thought i was getting what i paid for on expense wise because i do spend good money on great products but surely not in this case . i really hope this helps someone that is looking at buying this or similar please don't .

Roasted a pig. Turned out great. The position of the handle could be lower or better placed. For someone who is short your arm touches the top and can get burned when lifting the top up.

The Item looks great, and easy to assemble took a little over an 1 hr. I plan on using it within a month will update on how the roaster performs. I roasted a 60lbs lamb fully cooked in 4.5hrs. Good job on it. If you buy it I suggest that you test it with some type of load before you use it. I had an issue the the original motor. seller was easy to work with. I just wish it was at least as wide as it is deep. Or and additional 8 inch wider and 1 ft longer. to accommodate a 100lb beast. If I bought anything bigger I do not think it would have fit. I do like it and plan to modify it.
