Perfectly good
It's been 30 years since I worked in the wheelset factory, so I don't have a lot of current experience in inner tubes. These may be merely 4 star, but I have no qualms after installing them. 4 put into garden cart split rims, on very, very tired and cracked tires. Work great, no issues at all. Good stems, strong, seem like evenly molded (no thick or thin spots), not worn molds, so less flashing than the tubes I pulled out, etc. Not powdered especially, so open them carefully and use soapy water. And... for those complaining generally they are hard to install, wheels this size are Almost Always split rims. Once pressure is down, unbolt the two shells, and then when the tube is in the tire, put the wheel over the tire/tube set one piece at a time, being careful to align the valvestem, then bolt it down. Easy. No force required at all. DO be sure to put a little air in them before wheel assembly, or you'll never be able to grab onto the valvestem. Just enough to make it puffy but not so much it starts bulging out or you could make it hard to assemble, even pop it.

Garden Tiller Tubes
The tubes worked fine for the tire he ordered. They were easy to install and fair priced. Bought them for hi S tiller. He was very pleased.

Even this old guy could repair garden cart tire; WAS a split rim.
Arrived quickly, easily repaired Gorilla Cart tire. 'Rim was 'split' rim, so advise partial inflation inside tire casing first, to help avoid pinching when putting rim back together. And a little soap suds on tube.

These tubes seem to be a decent quality. I'm not the best at changing tires so i was worried i might have damaged them and they would be leaking. But no they are holding up good so far. No complaints
