This is an easy to use device. You do. not need a sim card. If you are traveling or going overseas, you need one of these and you will never be with no internet or slow internet service. Follow the instruction and it will be easy. You need a phone and download "eSIM manager app", scan the QR code from the eSIM data plan you purchase, make sure it is a data "ONLY" eSIM or it will not work. Once you scan the QR, wait and follow instructions on the screen of the app and be patient. In less than 5 min you should be up and running. REMEMBER, the device is only as good as the data plan you purchase, so research and make sure you get a fast 5G data plan, if overseas in europe get vodafone it is the fastest and best if in states get t-mobile, or at&t they are pretty fast as well.

Arrivato nei tempi giusti, eSunFi SHFiEL62 e un ottimo prodotto ed è stato facile configurarlo con l'Esim (Iliad). Andando all'indirizzo del dispositivo 192.168.100.1 si fa proprio tutto. Lo sto ancora testando ma sembra che promette bene!! Una cosa da notare per attivare ESIM bisogna avere la rete wifi di internet e utilizzare (Esim Manager Android)!! Per cancellare la Esim sul dispositivo bisogna avere sempre la rete WIFI e utilizzare (Esim Manager Android), quindi disabilitare e poi cancellare la Esim e il gioco e fatto!! Molto soddisfatto!!!!

3 stars from my part: The product is mainly a Power bank (5000mAh) with an add-on sim-router. a) Battery life is too low when using (max 4 hours when being used by 2 children on their tablets) : I needed an extra powerbank to connect at all times to keep battery range up while using). Even when the same number of users on my iphone using the iphone as a hotspot : the iphone battery lasts longer and provides at least 8 hours of functionality. In that respect I can't really recommend this product; However it works. b) Activation eSim : An app eSim Manager needs to be installed through which it finally could be activated using the camera on the phone; c) Basic Settings can be updated on the product itself d) Extended Settings can be updated through a web-browser page linking to the routers internal page: computer needs to be connected to the network of the product - not your wifi-network. Conclusion : it works, battery life too short, switching on when battery is empty -> takes at least 10 minutes before usable again, slight mismatch of touch screen postions on the top (to say ok when typing code, or moving to home panel etc : not perfectly aligned: I need to click a bit higher than its actual position ... Therefore 3 stars only.
