To start scenting, you'll need: the Pura Car smart fragrance diffuser, the USB-C power cord (included with your diffuser), a car scent cartridge (sold seperately), a power source, and a phone that will connect to the diffuser via Bluetooth

How long will the refill last?

A cartridge refill will last an average of 30 days. Different climates will affect the lifetime of your refill.

Do I need to have the diffuser plugged in all the time?

Yes, make sure your diffuser is plugged into an active power source to work.

What is an accelerometer?

An accelerometer is an instrument that measures vibration or acceleration. The Pura Car diffuser uses this instrument to automatically start your scenting experience when you start the car.

How do I change intensities?

You can change your intensities manually by pushing the button on the diffuser. The button has 3 settings for intensity: Press once for high, twice for medium, three times for low, and four times for off.
