works but hard to setup
for some reason during setup the web interface would not work then it would start working. finialy got it working. And yes someone said it was setup for skipe thats a option in setup turn it off and you will be fine.If you do a factory reset this option will turn back on. Mine was shipped in off.

Exactly what we expected
We’ve bought an initial 20 of them as we’re a rapidly growing VoIP provider. They’re used as we expected them to be. They look good. All phones worked great. We quickly ran out and are ordering more. Will continue to buy as long as they continue to sell them. Great price!

1 working phone out of 4 is not good.
1 phone came like new and works well. 1 came in with massive scratches and blemishes and is caught in a permanent boot loop, which factory resetting has no effect on. 2 are in good condition physically, but no amount of trouble-shooting would lead to them properly downloading the remote server configuration from our VoIP provider. Trying with another known working Polycom VVX410 for the same line immediately works. I'm skeptical of the testing and we will no longer be buying refurbished phones moving forward.

Works as expected: RingCentral customers *must call support for setup.
Delivered fast- basic version but definitely makes your space useful when it counts. Compact so if you’re an artist it’ll fit on your work desk ergonomically.

Headset did not work. Seller would not replace. Only Speakphone works
I can only use the phone as a speaker phone. The headset worked for a short time then completely stopped working. The product was good only 90 days and now needs replaced. I tried to contact the Seller before leaving a review because I understand things happen. Seller would not provide any replacement parts or respond other than, 90 days has passed. Don't make the same mistake I did and buy this refurbished product. There is a reason the return policy is only 90-days.

I received the phone and I could not get it to work I contacted. The installer and he could not get it to reset. Not impressed I have to pay to return a bad phone
