Product will not stay connected to the internet. Have changed SIM cards 10times in 3 months and still have issues.

Excellent product, well worth the money

Works but they sold me a used router
Product worked fine but was clearly used. Package had been opened and the admin password had already been set. I had to factory reset it in order to set my own admin password. They shouldn’t be passing off used, refurbished or returned equipment as new.
