Energy boost: Personally, I didn’t start these because of fatigue, so I can’t confidently say they’ll change your energy levels. I didn’t notice a dramatic energy shift, but that wasn’t my goal going in. Hair & nail growth: This is where they shine for me. After consistently taking these for about two years, my hair is now almost down to my butt, something I honestly never thought I’d say. Good product and worth buying. I like that they are chewable however I swallow them with my other vitamins. flavor is good, they dont make me sick and they have helped with my iron levels.

I’ve gotten other chewable iron supplements and these have been the best tasting so far. Even my very picky teen will take these. They do have two different flavors. A sweet good taste and then a not so good taste but the sweet taste covers up the not so good taste and makes them chewable.

These iron chewable tablets have a firm texture and a noticeably strong taste, which isn’t the most pleasant compared to other chewables. While the fruit punch flavor helps somewhat, it still comes through as more chalky than sweet. That said, they’re easy to take and fit well into a daily routine, especially for those who prefer chewables over swallowing pills. A solid option if taste isn’t a top priority.

These taste amazing and work so effectively !!!! I was skeptical at first I’d even having to take an iron supplement. With my autoimmune conditions as well as my recent surgery, I ended up needing an extra boost. OLLY is an amazing product and I continue to come back and purchase more over and over.

I take this daily for low iron and honestly it’s the easiest supplement I’ve tried. It actually tastes good. Almost like a little sweet treat instead of medicine. No weird aftertaste and it doesn’t upset my stomach at all. If your iron is running a little low and needs a boost, this is a pretty painless way to put a little iron back in your blood.

These were okay on my stomach, but the initial flavor is not delightful. Once you bite into them, the “punch” flavor takes over, but the first few moments are 🤢. Good iron supplement, okay on the stomach, did not want to put in my mouth.

This is the first iron supplement I could stomach. Tastes great with no gross aftertaste and chews nicely, not chalky.
