Betsy Furniture Large Microfiber Reclining Sectional Living Room Sofa in Grey 8019 [Left or Right]

I was very nervous ordering a couch from Amazon. I read every review and also other reviews of furniture this store sells on Amazon. I also contacted the seller with a few questions I had about shipping and warranty also about the color since I seen some said it says gray but isn't. I would say the color is grey/ tan it depends on the lighting. I actually really like the color. It seems well made and the fabric so far is holding up well to our 3 dogs. I waited a month before writing this review because I wanted a true review. I have had to wipe up some dirt from dogs and it seems to Clean up well with just a little soap and water. Dog hair lifts up easy with a hand vac or my handy dog hair remover. The functions of our reclining ends seem to work well and we have had no issues so far. The couch is firm but I feel it has gotten softer over time of use. I actually like the firmness of it but if you are looking for supper soft this is not for you. I was told to purchase extra warranty from alstate here on Amazon for furniture so I did do a 3 year extended warranty for piece of mind. The company only has 30 day warranty and that is not very long. Hopefully I will never need it but feel better with it just in case. I would say as of now I would purchase this again and do not regret it. Shipping was a bit wierd and kind of scary when they say curbside shipping they mean just that . They don't do anything extra they just dump it off. As far as bringing it into the house my husband and I did it together fairly easily and it went together fairly easy. We actually added 2 more pieces when we purchased it . We got a extra counsel and extra seat . It fits so well in our living room and is what we were looking for. We looked at similar ones in stores and they cost more and can honestly say we're not any better then this couch. Honestly I think I like this one more then most we looked at. As far as the arm rest people mentioned in other reviews they fall flat . I have not noticed that yet they seem pretty fluffy but we will see how it goes over time. I just try to fluff them now and then . I hope this helps anyone debating on buying this sectional. This is by far the longest review I have ever written. (Update ) : we have this couch almost 6 months and have had no issues but mow i have about 3 to 5 little holes showing up on one of the seat cushions of the reclining end . I bought 3 year extended warranty through alstate . alstate wouldn't cover it even though i could prove it was due to faulty fabric so i contacted furniture company. Im not to happy this is happening 😒. (New updated ) so I commented the furniture company about my issue. I was able to prove with photos that my issue occurred from faulty fabric through photos. They were very nice to me and are sending me a new section of the couch at no cost to me to replace the defective section. So just letting you all know they are willing to work with you if something happens.

The set itself is beautiful, received only half of my shipment, called and emailed, no help, kept being referred to original tracking number, 2nd pallet finally arrived a week later. Very pretty to look at but this furniture is like sitting on concrete. The armrests had indentations from packing and still has not gotten shape back. Never received help from the seller or Amazon. Very disappointed and would not have bought if I had seen it in person.

For the money this sectional was well worth the money. Fast delivery and was very easy to put together. This thing is comfortable!

Product is very nice looking and the recliners at the ends are great! They recline smoothly and easily and it’s easy to close the recliner with your legs. It’s a little lightweight so if you sit down too heavily you can sometimes feel the couch tip or move slightly. The fabric is nice, soft, and easy to clean (we have two kids). The one arm rest is starting to get hard after having it a few months. It’s almost as if the padding in one spot is smushed flat and there’s a hard space there now. But the rest of the arm rest is perfect and the other armrest is also fine. The seat depth is great - I’m short and my husband is tall and we both can sit comfortably. Finally, something that we were concerned about since we couldn’t sit on the couch before buying was the firmness of the couch. In our opinion, it’s more on the firm side than on the cushy side. Overall it’s a great couch for the money.

It's all and all a nice recliner that is only uncomfortable for a day or two because it's super firm out of the boxes, however it's becom quite comfortable after a few months. The main issue my wife and I have with it are that the reclining pieces have to be on the ends so if we both want to recline we have to sit super far away from each other.

Our family absolutely loves this couch! It is definitely better than ordering from anywhere else and waiting several months to receive. It is definitely comfortable and sturdy!

Seems of the cushions started splitting within the first year. Have had couch 2.5 years and 3 sections have big holes from where the seems split and the corner cushion hasn’t held its shape.
