Wanted something to showcase my dried pomegranates on our new/old dining room table. This jute rug worked out better than expected. I am delighted with the look. Would have preferred a 4 ft circular braided grass but most are placemat size, so opted for this jute rug. It is thin, making it very flat, and well made. No unusual odor, as reported...just ever so slight smell of what it is, jute/burlap, which was gone in a day.

I've seen different designs of this rug for a lot more money. This rug is gorgeous. It arrived tightly wrapped in clear, heavy duty plastic and around a roll, so it was pretty secure. When I opened it up, I noticed two things right away--a feeling of dirt on my hands and an earthy, chemically odor. Neither was a deal breaker. I just shook out the dirt, and the smell dissipated after a few hours. When I opened it up, the edges of the rug were a bit curled, but I just flipped it over and it layed flat. The rug was also a bit darker than I imagined, but I LOVE the color. It added a nice touch to my bedroom, and I can imagine placing it in other parts of my home. I love, love, love this rug, and I am so glad I purchased it.

Great rug, nice size, makes my kids boutique space feel warm and fancy. I have two booths and this one does the best. I honestly feel like it’s more inviting and brings people in to look. I like the woven material on this one better then others I’ve seen. This style seems harder to unravel. Invites people in to look with out tripping over it or ends flipping up, lays down good, not too thick.

Gorgeous rug! High quality, made extremely well and looks so pretty in my foyer. Adds the final touch to my boho decor. Actually looking for another one like it for my dining room, but larger! Best priced jute rug I’ve found! When my husband first opened the package he said it smelled like dirt, but after airing it out for an hour outside it was gone.

I absolutely hate having to write a but. I was pumped to receive this rug. I have a beautiful ( yes it is) boho coastal home I have worked extremely hard creating. I saw this rug and the wonderful reviews that went along with it and I knew it would make the perfect addition to my entrance way. A little positivity- this rug is definitely the look I was going for. It’s cool, it’s different, it looks like it may have been expensive? It’s also not as stiff as one would expect with this jute like material. You can walk on it barefoot and it’s actually comfortable. The cons- your animals will be attracted to it. I don’t own cats but my dogs seem to think this was meant for outside. It is raised so it won’t fit like a mat under a doorway and lastly, and yes I had to save this one for last. It’s FULL of dirt. Like… weirdly full of dirt. I couldn’t figure out how my house is spotless but magically under this rug is piles of dirt. And it keeps reappearing. I swear I thought I was going crazy until I realized, however this rug is made and rolled up, it contains a lot dirt that will eventually come out onto your floor. I still love it. It’s unique, and gives a beachy boho vibe without looking cheap but I now know that I have to shake it out and clean the dirt from under constantly.

Great rug, thick and heavy. Looks fantastic, exactly what I was looking for and a great price. It arrived a little stinky, but aired out quick and also dusty. I feel like that kind of comes with the territory of jute! I would recommend this rug!

Nice quality. You wouldn’t believe the dirt it traps.😊 I would recommend it. I haven’t cleaned it yet, but I believe it would clean up nice with the spray from the water hose.

This is so much nicer than expected, nice solid thick weave in a nice design. Really a high quality for the price.
