DID NOT WORK ON FIRST USE
Having climbed a stepladder with difficulty to hang this, I then attached the hanging basket and gently lowered it so I could water it. I then tried to raise the basket and nothing happened. I have had these things before and know how they are supposed to work. It just would not raise! I might as well have used a piece of string! I bought two but have not tried the second one as I know I would not be allowed to return just one out of two - but I have no confidence in it. These are just RUBBISH and I wasted a good half an hour trying to make this work. Why is anyone allowed to sell non working items? THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE RETRACTABLE! THEY DON'T RETRACT!

Could be sturdier
Look ok, but 1 broke after 10 days, so I had to buy a replacement. Would not buy again

Helpful for older people
It saves me from climbing on a step stool to water my hanging baskets. Very helpful tool.

A dud
Not very happy. These are supposed to be retractable - I used with a very small 10 inch hanging basket (most of mine are 16”). It’s fully extended - approx 1 meter. I followed the instructions but while I could make it retract without the weight of the basket, it didn’t work with the basket. I don’t think you can get a smaller basket than 10” so I don’t see how these are fit for purpose

Wer seine Blumenampeln zu hoch hängen hat, sollte sich diese Aufhängung besorgen.
Aufhängung von Blumenampeln. Ganz prima Produkt, funktioniert hervorragend. Man kann sie runter ziehen und bequem seine Ampeln gießen.
