Would one of these make you feel full for a whole morning?

It really depends on how much you normally eat & move in the morning. It’s definitely a good mid morning snack in my opinion.

Are all the amino acids in the bars directly sourced from plants?

Hi, yes, all our products contain only plant-based ingredients, are registered with the Vegan Society and are certified organic with the Soil Association. Hope this helps, kind regards, Leigh, BodyMe :)

Have these changed recipe recently? They now seem rock hard and taste different...

Hi, yes there is a slight change in texture, it's due to a change in the texture of some ingredients, however we have resolved, and will be back to normal in made batches next week - the joys of working with organic ingredients and raw processing!, hope this helps, Leigh, BodyMe :)

Hello, can you please confirm that these are lactose free?

Hi, thanks for your question, yes all our Organic Protein Bars are Lactose and Gluten free. I hope this helps. Chris (BodyMe) :)
