Allows me to learn hammer throw technique indoors.
I still get dizzy with too much turning. My husband assures me that will go away with practice. Also, I can learn the footwork without going out to the field.

Update!
Rope is ripping at the end of the ball after 5 min of usage! The shipping was horrible and slow the ball is hard but the bounce is not what I expected! I gave you 2 stars because it did arrive on time but very slow shipping! I reinforced the top with full metal I shouldn't have to do that but it will last a lifetime!!!! Update 05/05/2020 even though I had to reinforce it this product is still holding up with this pandemic going on it’s been under heavy use!
