Has anyone that only received 1 package instead of the 12 you ordered been able to contact or been contacted about this?

I got 1 package of 6 (instead of 12), then I reordered the item and got 1 package of 6 ... again! I received a refund both times and they didn't want me to send the item back. So far I have 2 free boxes!

Is this for 12 containers of the 6 packs - meaning for 72 packets total with each packet making 2 quarts?

yes - it's a good deal especially since my favorite flavor (raspberry) is no longer available in my grocery store
