This juice tastes really good, with a unique tanginess and it smells wonderfully complex. It is the perfect addition to cocktails and other recipes. I was initially hesitant to get it since it a little pricey, but I don't regret it and will be getting another bottle soon. It stays fresh for a long time in the bottle and a little goes a long way. I like to add a bit to ramen broth to brighten it up and make it more complex. I also like to add some to there citrus juices in drinks like margaritas and mimosas, like a secret ingredient making them more interesting. I highly recommend this product!

I’ve tried other, less expensive, Yuzu 100% juice, and this brand is by far the best value & quality for the money. Other versions are watered down and really worthless when it comes to getting the full benefits and taste of Yuzu. Believe me, I’ve tried. Also, if you contact the company with any questions or concerns, they will respond quickly & helpfully. They even sent me sone terrific recipes. Don’t even consider other brands out there. Yuzuco is top of the line - unless you just want to throw away your money.

Fantastic flavor addition to anything that could use a splash of sour. A little goes a very long way, I've been using it to make asian style mayo for a few months and it's been fantastic. But its equally good in drinks sorbet and dessert items as well. The smell is like an orange and lemon had a baby, an exotic baby. the bottle I got never leaked, it's a bit expensive, but as I said earlier you don't need much to suffuse it I to things. I pair it with ginger, cinnamon and other spices you normally would pair with lemon.
