I’ve always had stomach issues. A friend recommended that I try this. I actually make it into an iced tea and it taste really good and it worked.

This tea works great to help when you are constipated and cannot use the bathroom. It also has a nice flavor to it.

This takes exactly 6 hours (for me) and - true to its name - makes things much smoother and less painful. The taste and smell aren’t the greatest but aren’t terrible.
