This Maldon sea salt flakes came in on time and well packaged, as well as sealed very well. That’s important to me as I have had many things come in that were broken. I think this product is quality and is a good product for the cost. It tastes great and has a great texture. It’s great for using as a finishing salt for putting it on things like steak after it’s cooked… it’s also just good to use in everyday dishes. It’s large flakes look and taste great. I’ve been looking for a flaky salt ever since reading salt fat acid heat and this one makes such a difference in taste! I honestly couldn’t believe it. Of flaky salts this one is the best one I’ve tried. I can’t find it in any stores so I’m glad it’s here. So worth it is so crunchy and not that salty compared to finer salt, just enhances flavour beautifully.

I love the salt but I just wish it came with a storage device. The salt comes in a plastic bag inside of the box so I had to put a small container to store in.
