Smaller than I expected but looks very study & perfect for 2-4 people. Anxious to try it out!

Love that is cast-iron and not nonstick. Cleans up easily. Works great with SwissMarr or sterno gel fuel. Keeps the cheese nice and warm. Only comes with four fondue sticks, but I had extras and it was easily enough for up to 10 people.

I am impressed. I am super pleased that this arrived quicker than anticipated. I had planned on ordering a fondue pot for our 6th anniversary present to my husband. 6th year is iron and/or sweets. After a lot of thought, I decided to take a look at fondue pots as I could work in the sweet aspect as well as the iron (or metal). I first looked at electric, and decided that I didnt want to have to be near an outlet to enjoy the foods that are usually made with fondue pots. I saw that there were cast iron pots-- which made even more sense for the 6th anniversary theme. So I had found one I liked and added it to cart. I then shopped for other stuff, and just let my cart be. Kinda forgot about ordering, so when I came back to my cart, I just decided to double check what I added. I decided to take one last look at fondue pot options. Well, this one came up that I hadnt seen before. And I actually liked the look of it better. I liked the black cast iron (we have a gas stove top and lots of black cast iron, so this would just add to the collection), I liked the black cast iron base, and I liked how it has two small side handles rather than one large long one. It looks like a regular cast iron pot. So I figured we could easily use it for non fondue needs. And, just more visually appealing to me. Well, then I saw that the shipping arrival date would bring this to a few days after actual anniversary (I could still get the other original option in time). BUT, I decided to go with this one anyway, because ultimately I liked it better. I was sure our marriage could handle a belated gift. However, it just happened to arrive a few days early ON our actual anniversary. Just a fun little detail that added to my experience. The pot is as great as I anticipated. I think I will do an extra coat of seasoning to get it extra slick. I clean it like I would any other cast iron pot- with course salt and some oil. Then wipe it out, or rinse then add oil for added protection. Can be used on stove, and of course can be used with base and the fuel. I bought extra fuel from them. If you arent used to cast iron, know that it can take a little extra time to heat up, but once it does it hold heat longer than other vessels. So far quite happy with this purchase.

Purchased this item for my daughter at Christmas. She is loving it. Worth the money I paid. Solid and well-made.

This cast iron fondue set is very sturdy and perfect for cozy family gatherings or small parties. It heats evenly and we've not experienced any burning of the cheese on the bottom. Keep in mind that the burner requires alcohol gel, which isn’t included, so you’ll need to purchase that separately. Or you can get pre-made burners. I recommend keeping the set dry when not in use, as the cast iron can rust if exposed to moisture. Overall, a solid addition to any kitchen for fondue lovers and we love it for our DnD game days.

El producto no es de buena calidad, llego roto y se ve que se rompe muy facilmente. Tambien es mucho mas pequeño de lo que esperaba. Maximo para 2 personas, no como para 4 como anuncian
