Excellent results so far
I’m currently using these catfish pellets and, put simply, my fish absolutely love them. I’ve tried a few other sinking foods over the years and often found the same frustrating pattern: the pellets reach the bottom and just sit there, ignored, until I have to siphon them out. Not with these. As soon as the King British pellets hit the substrate, my bottom‑dwellers get to work and the food doesn’t last long at all. It’s the first time in a while I’ve seen such an enthusiastic response from the whole clean‑up crew. Palatability is the standout feature. Corydoras, bristlenose, and synodontis all take to them quickly, and even the shyer fish come out to feed. The pellets have a firm consistency that holds together well underwater, so fish can graze without the food immediately crumbling into dust. That means less waste drifting into the water column and less mess trapped in plants or decor. The size is also sensible—small enough for Corys to manage, but substantial enough that larger catfish aren’t left wanting. In terms of behaviour, these genuinely sink as advertised and settle where bottom‑feeders naturally forage. That’s important for nocturnal or more reserved species that may not compete well in mid‑water. I’ve also noticed minimal clouding; the water stays clear during and after feeding, which is great for planted tanks where clarity showcases the aquascape. The pellets soften at a nice, steady rate, letting fish nibble without turning into mush right away. Nutritionally, the “multi‑vitamin complete” angle is reassuring. While I rotate foods to keep diets varied, these feel like a solid, everyday staple for catfish and other bottom‑feeders. The fish look active, and their feeding response is consistently strong from one feeding to the next. I can’t speak to long‑term health impacts yet, but early impressions on condition and appetite are very positive. Practicalities are good too. The 60g size is handy if you want to test palatability without committing to a huge tub, and the packaging reseals well to keep the pellets fresh. Value for money seems fair given how little waste I’m seeing; with other brands, half the food ended up uneaten, while these are promptly devoured. Less uneaten food also means less maintenance and a lower risk of water quality issues from decomposing leftovers. A couple of small tips from my experience: feed in small portions and observe how quickly your fish finish a serving, then adjust. Because these are so eagerly taken, it’s easy to overfeed. If you keep very small catfish or juvenile Corys, you can crumble a pellet between your fingers to make smaller bites. For mixed communities, dropping pellets after lights dim can help ensure the bottom‑dwellers get their share without mid‑water fish intercepting everything. Overall, this is a simple recommendation. If you’ve been disappointed by sinking foods that sit untouched on the substrate, King British Catfish Pellets are well worth a try. They sink reliably, hold their shape, keep the water clear, and—most importantly—my fish devour them. Tasty, tidy, and convenient: a genuinely effective staple food for bottom‑feeding species.

Great Food for Corys & Plecos – They Love It!
My corys and plecos absolutely love these pellets! They sink quickly, which is perfect for bottom feeders, and I’ve noticed they actively search for them as soon as they hit the substrate. The size is just right and doesn’t create much mess in the tank. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon as I’m already running low. Great quality food for catfish!

Good seller, ask if this is the right food for your fish
It is definitely nutritious and was well packed and delivered. I have no complaints to the seller! All done well! Hence Manufactorer not correct It is not eaten well by my 26 and 24 cm big catfish, they leave a lot and it becomes flake next day, that you need to clear as it is very sticky and blocks filters.
