I saw this a ton of tiktok and decided to try it out. I take it as directed and I feel like the only noticeable change since drinking nello is my sleep. I haven’t been waking up as much at night. As far as it’s other claims, eh not so sure it’s legit. The tropical tangerine flavor is pretty good!
