Got here quickly. Durable and good quality works great for my pizza over and stone!

This brush leapt into my house and its job was clear to clean the pizza oven with out need to reach in 15 inches too scrub or scrap the mess. I set up the outdoor pizza oven cause the heat I put into the oven to cook in summer I have to pay to remove from the house with the AC. Double cost pay to make it hot then pay to get the heat out. The first time I tried to cook my home made pizza in the outdoor rotating stone pizza oven went poorly with the dough stuck to the paddle and the pizza spilled all through the oven. It cooked fast, what was left on the bread that is the rest was all burned fast. I had a second pizza ready and a pan but the oven was hot and a total mess with 1 inch of toppings cooked on to the interior surfaces. I called it a day and went in to cook in the house. After that the purpose of this brush is clear. Even if there is a spill while the oven is hot I can now clear it and move on at once. Use only the brass brush if the oven is hot and no cleaning with the heat on as in the gillion degree burner jets are on. I am pretty sure it is hot enough to burn the wood parts of the brush up fast, may even melt the metal parts if allowed.
