Dr Roller's derma stamp does exactly what it is supposed to. Unfortunately, I am going through MPB alopecia and now using minoxidil to try and get my hair back, as it affects my self-confidence that I am losing my hair. My hair is long , so I wanted to get the stamp as I have a roller, but my hair gets tangled in it. The derma stamp does what it needs to by creating micro injuries to help stimulate the blood flow to the scalp. You can indeed change the micro needles to the length that you need. There is a lid you can put on it to protect the stamp. I highly suggest you disinfect it with hospital-grade alcohol cleaner. The needles are okay. They aren't bent, and no sign of rusting from cleaning, which is great. I recommend this if you have long hair and don't want your hair to get tangled in a roller. If you have short hair, I'd say get a roller because it gets the job done faster. All in all, it serves its purpose.
