Delicious, healthy tea
I first tried this delicious tea a few years ago in Colorado Springs at a “castle” afternoon tea…so fun. This was by far the favorite at our table. We each purchased one in the gift shop to take home. Since then, I’ve ordered it several times from Amazon. Rooibos tea has many health benefits and I love the taste of this one. I don’t understand how some people think it’s supposed to taste like chocolate…it’s just a smooth, sweet -like tea with a hint of almond and vanilla. It’s good with a bit of sugar and milk, or by itself.

It taste like cake in a cup.
I've tried so, so many teas. I admit I like stronger taste in stuff as my preference. I saw reviews that said this had a chemical taste and I don't see that. I also saw some complaints about the "powdery" texture of some of the tea. Yes some (not most) of it is a bit powdery (the tea consists of a multitude of different-sized particles) but I use a little metal tea ball for loose-leaf tea and I have no major issues. Also perhaps drinking Asian tea has made me more accustomed to powdery or smaller-grained teas? Any issues can be resolved with a small strainer and it is so worth the trouble. I think this stuff taste like cake in a cup. Perhaps if you like milder teas or weaker or "lighter" herbal mixes this would not be..well...your cup o' tea (pun intended) but if you like dark roast coffees and drinks like Irish creams, dessert drinks and rich pastries (butmaybe you need to lay off this a bit) then this tea is for you.

I’m not a regular tea drinker but this stuff blows the little tea bags out of the water! Rich, mellow, and amazing aromas!

Awful
This does Not taste like chocolate or rooibos at all. It tastes like honeybush and it’s awful. And nonzero chocolate taste. I pored the tea down the drain. I so wish this was returnable as I just wasted money on this product that IS NOT chocolate rooibos! It’s horrible, I would not recommend it to anyone.
