Very good product, a must for spring Time weather.

The item the flonase items are great, but the cute tissue packages were split at the top of the item. It probably was an open on top, but several had split open. I didn't think it was hygienic to use them since they were torn. I'll keep the flonase, of course, but the tissue treats couldn't be salvaged. Would you please be send 4 of the facial tissues which were split open? I did like the flonase very much, but disappointed with the torn tissues.

Great for people who rely on products like Afrin, which you're not supposed to take more than 2 or 3 days in a row. Flonase allows daily, unclogged nasal passageways and let's you have a superb, clear night's sleep.

My sleep specialist recommended this for use at night before bed, because stuffy nose leads to open mouth! Open mouth = dry mouth, and dry mouth causes tooth damage, (even with the humidifier)! I sleep better and don't wake myself up (and my husband) with the inevitable coughing. Packaging was clearly designed to hold two inhalers, but don't be fooled! You're getting only one inhaler. Lasts about a month for me. Like everything else, a little pricey, but I'll get it as long as I can afford it. (Minus one star for pharmaceutical industry extortion!!!)

Received this today. I noticed someone complained that the bottles are identical for the 72 and 144 sprays.. I have a new 72 and I just opened this 144 spray one. In seeing the person's review, I also opened the new 72 and compared the two. With closer inspection, I realized that the 144 bottle is full to the top while the 72 has noticeably less liquid. Perhaps this will serve to settle the mystery.
