Listen to your favorite music anyway you want to
Very good system. I have a lot of old cds, cassettes and even some old records that I really enjoy playing. It’s easy to set up and sounds great. I think it sounds better when it’s turned up a little louder. My daughter loves playing her music on it too. It has everything we need to listen to our favorite music.

Nice sterio
Bought this for my teenage daughter. Sound is good and she loves the cassette, CD, radio, and vinyl options. Nice compact size.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM JENSEN
Customer service is non-existent. Emailed twice now & nothing, I have bought 2 of these in the last 2 years & this one only lasted 5 months before the CD stopped working. I'm done waiting for a response. Spend your money somewhere else.

My wife wanted an album player for Christmas. She loved it, was more than she expected.

Great stereo system.
It's only been three weeks and so far everything is perfect. The vinyl record player is great. CD, and Cassette player great. Am and Fm radio all good. The volume is excellent with bass. I love it. If anything changes I will update my review.

Jensen systems but apparently a 3rd party company is not to be trusted
I wanted to return this Jensen system because the CD player does not work, and the door to place the Cd'S in sticks and will not open. I asked for a full refund. I was told to contact the 3rd party "Home Goods" for the return. I did, and the company never returned my emails. I was told that the system arrived at my hone on 11/4/24, which is untrue. It arrived the week of Thanksgiving. Then I was told that the item had to be returned within 30 days, and that date would have been 12/24/24. I could not get the company to refund my money.

Just ok
This is just an ok system. Serves the basic purpose. Was hoping to NOT SEE made in China anywhere on this,disappointed with that.Over priced,somewhat overhyped in the ad.The shipping tracking day and time was pushed up 1-2 days from what was originally stated,but understandable with the weather.I will probably use this for awhile until I can find an upgrade,then try to resell or give to kids as a gift.Given what I know now,actually physically having it,I probably wouldnt have bought this.
