Will this lift a 1994 Ford F-150?

It will No Lift a Ford F-150, Unless you use some form of lifted atop the Jack. If you want a Jack to lift your f-150. I'd Suggest a Jack that has a Minimum of a 2 Ton capacity, and Is Much Larger, as I purchased this Big red and Immediately had to purchase another one because it could Barely get my 93 Jetta off the ground. So No it Will Not. Best buy a Much larger one from Harbor freight, or at Least a Much more heavy duty set. I also have a 2000 Ford f-150 and this big red won't even get to my Axles let alone lift my truck.

Can this be used on a toyota sequoia 4wd?

The capacity of the jack is 3,000lbs not sure how much the sequoia weighs but you can find the weight of your car on a data plate on the inside of the driver door
