They are fun to put together and look great on a bookshelf. Review: Can’t wait to do my next one! - I love crafts and puzzles and thought I would try my first book nook. I chose this brand based on the reviews and it did not disappoint. It was so much fun to put together! The instructions were clear and I had no problems with any of the pieces. I did have my rechargeable glue gun handy for a few places when I opted to use a touch of hot glue, otherwise it did not technically call for glue and the included double sided tape worked very well. I did by some craft tweezers based on other review comments and I would definitely recommend that. I also bought the Venice model and I’m looking forward to doing that one next. I will be open to trying other brands, but will definitely scour the reviews before I take the leap with another maker after my niece did a miniature kit about a year ago that was very heavy on glue use and she grew to hate the process.

“Better than every Lego set ever!” said granddaughter!
My 9 year old granddaughter did this with the assistance of her dad alternating with me. There was much she did completely alone with one of us nearby for encouragement. SHE LOVED IT— EVERY MINUTE. And it was a great bonding experience to do it with her! I was hesitant about buying from this company because I had seen its name few places, but I was SO pleased in every way! The packaging, instructions, and quality of everything was beyond what I could have imagined!! I’m not one to leave reviews, but I’m so happy I couldn’t not share my complete satisfaction!

Most adorable thing
I bought this for my 13 year old for Christmas. She absolutely loved it. She unwrapped it Christmas morning and sat all day on it. She had it all put together around 6 pm. So many little details. I will definitely be purchasing more. It looks so adorable in her bookshelf

Cute and fun to put together
This turned out super cute and I had fun putting it together. As others have noted, I definitely think it takes longer to assemble than the time noted. It is just cool to see all the pieces and little details, and how it comes together. Easy to follow instructions. I have built a few other book nooks like this one from different brands at a similar price point that I think are more impressive in terms of quality, so I won't give five stars, but overall I still enjoyed this one!

Fun little project
This was the second book nook I've put together. It has good instructions and the pieces fit together well. You don't need glue but I did glue a few things just to make extra sure they stay in place. It's got such a cute look to it and I love the lights!

If you like this craft, you're going to love this one
Context: I've done exactly one of these before and fell in love. When I found this one, I jumped on it. In these crafts, quality definitely matters as I found out, and this one is quality. This is incredibly fun to build. I will admit I'm not fully done with it, but I can still happily opine on the quality of what I'm working with. The materials are more than just wood and glue. First, there's no glue. There are peel-and-stick glue dots included to be placed as instructed, there are tiny strips of double-sided tape when instructed, but no liquid glue. There are stickers, wire, plastic and card-stock paper plants and plastic pots, there are little metal doorknobs, and clear plastic pieces with pictures on them to place behind windows for ambience. It's fabulous. The wooden pieces fit together perfectly. Nicely snug without being ridiculous. Extremely consistent cuts so everything fits, not just some of them. The instructions are remarkably clear for simple pictographs. There's a little sanding square included just in case there are burrs on the pieces (I'm over half done and I think I've sanded 3 times). There's a tiny screwdriver to work on the battery pack. There is no set of tweezers, though. I had the pair from my one and only other set that I kept, and I'm glad of that. A nice curved-nose tweezers with a silicone cap is very useful if you can get your hands on one. The cap not only protects the tweezers, if you keep it on, it works great to help pop out smaller pieces without marring them with the pointy tip. This is incredibly good quality and super fun. I can see why it's a bit pricey. The other kit I got was cheaper but not nearly as good quality; the tab ends squashed and frayed, the paper parts weren't card stock, no interesting pieces at all, and the images on the pieces were dark and slightly blurred. This kit is nothing like that. It's the opposite of that in every way. If you like these adorable models, I highly recommend this one.

I really enjoy putting models together and I also really like miniatures. I saw this very detailed miniature book nook kit and I liked the look of it and wanted to give it a try. The kit arrived very well packaged. There are several pieces of wood with laser-cut parts as well as thick printed card stock and other parts that you must assemble. There are even lights that you put into this model. The wooden laser-cut pieces are perfectly cut and require very little sanding. They fit together nicely. There is no glue in this kit but there are double-sided tape pieces that you can use to help with assembly. The card stock printed parts are printed well and very colorful. The instructions are very easy to follow and there are a lot of diagrams guiding you to the correct assembly of the pieces. This set is very detailed and there are a lot of very cute details. It looks amazing once it is assembled and makes a great conversation piece to be displayed on a bookshelf or anywhere else you want. This set does take a little bit of patience to put it together and I would recommend it for teens to adults. I think that any younger it would be a bit frustrating unless they are exceptionally good and have had experience putting together this type of kit. I am very happy with this kit. It is well put together and fun to assemble. It looks great when it is done and I do recommend it.

I got this for my daughter and I to do together. It does require patience and careful attention, which isn't a bad thing! Any activities that get my little people off of screens are always welcomed. This was fun to do with her, and she loves little miniature scenes... she also has a meticulously organized book shelf, so this was right up her alley. There are some other scene made by this company too, so if this one isn't to your liking, check out their store. Anyhow, the image is indicative of how it all looks when it's done! A great craft for some family time.
