They seem to be good vitamins. I have my vitamin blood work checked every year. They keep my vitamin D levels up. They’re easy to swallow. The ingredients are good and they absorb.

Took Awhile
We bought this because it's a good brand. It was a bit pricey, but well worth it. Just be prepared to wait awhile.

Great for night cramps
For 30+ years I would randomly be jolted awake with leg cramps.. severally. Usually if I got it one night, I could expect the same for next couple nights. I've tried things like eating more dairy and potassium. I don't think it helped at all. I started taking this D3 K2 a few years ago any time I got cramp. It prevents any further cramps. I decided I'm just going to take these on a regular basis.
