Japanese style great pan for omelets!!
Great pan, perfect conduction while cooking, the top helps finish eggs more quickly while leaving them soft and creamy!

Great utensils!!
I saw this on in Toyko Vice and I thought I looked cool so I I started looking at YouTube to see how it workeenanr then bought one. It works great! The pan is high quality, sturdy and works well. Comes with the perfect size spatula to make the roll part. It also comes with chop sticks as well and the little egg shapers. I haven't used those yet but the other stuff works great! I can't wait to use it again.

This is absolutely fantastic
I bought ine of these for my daughter as she loves to make omelets for herself. Then I ordered one for myself. I watched a YouTube on making cabbage bread and it worked perfectly (super simple-shred 3c cabbage finely, mix in one egg, fry in Tamagoyaki pan) All the tools and the lid are really nice to have, too.

Nice Little Pan
With very little practice, you can make the perfect rolled omelette with this pan. As an experienced cook, I usually don't indulge in specialty cookware as it if often unnecessary with the right skill set. But this little nonstick pan is really useful to produce perfect tamagoyaki as well as the filling for Korean street toast. The wide silicon spatula and little brush are nice accessories. The photo is my first attempt with this pan.
