Good product for Price
Honestly for the price this is perfect ! All dog doors let the air out and their is gaps but it serves its purpose for now until we can buy an expensive one . Love the magnet on the bottom too

Cheaply made
Had it for one week andbthe plastic dog door fell out and the screw/clamp system holding it on is so cheep if I put it back in it last for about an hour and falls on the floor

Works good!
Works great but the lock for the panel is close to the edge so we had to use some 1/2 inch weatherstripping to bring the door out some to allow the lock to move. Other than that my lab loves it

No more getting up for the dog
I don't have get up too early just to let my dog to get out and in. It is my life saver

Had to buy weather strip and the rubber door itself lets hot air in. Has gaps on both side

Why did you pick this product vs others?:so far I love this. I’d leave my door open because I started a new job and started working 4-10’s. It’s hot and this is awesome

Need to get the top plexi glass fixed
The media could not be loaded. It’s a little hard to get into the screen. Once my dog figured out how to use it. She does just fine, but I just need to get that plexiglass fixed. It came broke.

Pathetic instructions
The instructions are the absolute worst and do not provide adequate information to get this item installed easily or in a timely manner.This item has been installed for less than a week and the plastic flap just came out of its track. The insert will have to be completely removed in order to figure out how to get the flap back in place.Good concept but very bad item.
