Description is as follows: Magnesium 200mg, Magnesium bis-glychate blend (glyche, magnesium oxide, magnesium bis-glycinate chelate) It calls it a proprietary magnesium-glycate complex and doesn't give percentages or amounts. My sister has a condition that makes it difficult for her to use magnesium and her doctor identified this specific product as one of two that her body would accept and tolerate. She couldn't remember the other one as this is the one she could easily obtain.
