Works well for shin splints. If I apply this before I referee then I manage 80 mins without pain. Easy to apply, easy to remove. Adhesive is sufficient to wear this for 3 days if you prefer. Fairly low risk of dermatitis with this tape. Good value.

Good quality and stick well if you know how to apply it. Easy application and no irritation of the skin. I change it daily and it works well and last long as they are 3 rolls. Good value for the price

I am currently on my third order of these. I've had plantar fascitis for a number of years and tried many things to ease the pain. This has been one of the best options so far. In fact it's been so good that I don't need to wear the tape as often anymore. The tape is great quality. I love that it has the grids marked on the back of the tape to allow you to cut evenly sized strips. There are a number of videos online showing different ways to use the tape. Remember to trim the corners to round them so that the tape sticks better. Also spreading oil (I use baby oil) over the tape can help make it easier to remove.

I bought this to support the weight of my baby bump, as pregnancy is always hard on my back. Taping my tummy brings me instant relief and works 10x better than any pregnancy belt I've tried. I take baths daily and the tape stays on for 4 days easily, so much so that it can be painful to remove it. My husband helped and says the tape is easy to apply. I love the fact that it is invisible under clothes.

I love and hate this product. It worked amazingly well, eases pain and discomfort. I tried it on a subluxed shoulder. However, you can't put it on yourself (depending on where you need it), and my skin had a bad reaction to it which is something to bare in mind. I'm not allergic to everyday plasters, but this gave me a rash and spots which took some time to clear up. It would be 5 stars if my skin didn't react and I could actually continue to use it.

great tape for sports, its strong, lasts well and easy to apply. Lovely colours too. Dont irritate the skin and they work exactly as they say they do.

Feels supportive whilst it lasts but comes off quickly, cheap so probably to be expected but will not be buying again
