I received the rose with black dots on the green leaves and a week later it died

Plant was in horrible condition
I received my plant and it had lost most of the dirt was all over the container even though it was wrapped properly seemed like the problem was shipping I did not receive a good viable plant so I’m returning this for a replacement.
