The closure of the cape eventually came apart, just as other reviewers had warned, but it managed to last for a few months before falling apart. However, as my son frequently plays in it, it's not a major issue. The costume is super cute, the blouse reminds me of Prince, and the pants are quite flimsy and not suitable for colder temperatures. Nevertheless, we paired the costume with black denim, so it was not a big deal.

My son is a pretty standard 5T and I ordered a size small. It fit him perfectly.He wore it 4 days in a row to his preschools Halloween party, a family Halloween party, an event in our town and then on Halloween night. It held up impeccably. I would definitely recommend.
