Design: double-sided sewing (internal waterproof) and elastic rope (adjustable, suitable for size). There is an elasticated band at the bottom helping to keep the bike cover in place in windy day, and 2 anti-theft locking holes at the front bottom of bike cover protect effectively the bike from stealing.
