Most reviewers are stating either it's half empty or clumpy, you have to keep in mind that the pictures only look like the cream is tilted to the side. It had to be mixed. Mine came a bit clumpy but after I mixed it thoroughly it is fine. I don't believe this is a counterfeit. Remember, the ingredients are natural, which means color and texture will be different. And refrigerate it.

I love this Pink Cloud moisturizer made by Herbivore Botanicals. I alway put one of Herbivore’s oil on my face and then top with this cream. It has a very light and pleasant fragrance.My make up goes on so smoothly after using this. Herbivore discontinued this and I was told by them, that they are reformulating it. But it's been 3 months and I haven’t seen that they have yet. I hope they do and that it is as good as this one, their original formula. I love it.

I was really excited for this moisturizer after all the posts I saw on it. It smells amazing, and leaves my skin feeling nourished. My only complaint is that from the time i opened it, even with stirring it around, there is a pilling sense inside the moisturizer. It is not the texture of clouds, it's more gritty than that. This hasn't stopped me from using the product, but it may stop me from purchasing again.

I’ve ordered this cream previously from Nordstrom but they did not offer it this summer. It’s super lightweight and not at all “greasy” but moisturizes well. The scent is almost nill which I think is a plus. It has “natural”ingredients.

I really like this product! It’s light weight, has a neural, mild scent and is very moisturizing! I have dry/sensitive skin and this stuff is really hydrates! A little goes a long way with this stuff and it’s 100% natural - yayyy!! But yes, separation may occur, but if you keep it in a cool, dark environment and stir it up every so often, it’s just fine!

I love this moisturizer and have been using it for just over 2 months now. It’s a little on the pricey side and is rather thick so I tend to use more than other brands, but all in all I am thrilled with the results and it smells divine.

This is honestly the best moisturizer I have ever found. I have very dry skin, and this has made a noticeable difference in both the feel and appearance of my face. It also feels so clean and not sticky or slimy when I put it on.

This is a great night time moisturizer heading into winter. It is a heavier consistency vs my day time moisturizer. I love the subtle scent of the rose in this product. Definitely would use other products from this brand.
