Really cute kettle, looks good on the counter. It is quick to boil

Absolute junk, broke within 2 months of delivery. Dualit refered me back to Amazon as they “do not service in the US”, Amazon take no responsibility and refer back to Dualit, very poor quality with other bad reviews on Amazon reporting the same issue. Beware - not fit for purpose - shame on both Amazon and Dualit, expensive junk!

I bought this for my son when he moved into his first home. My son loves it! Also, his sister visited and I got a call. Apparently, this is MUCH better than the one I purchased for her. Oops.

I purchased this expensive kettle May 9th 2025. Today, December 5th (7 months) the handle shattered while the kettle was boiling. Dualit will not warranty despite being within 1 year warranty period as they say Amazon as the retailer is responsible. Amazon will not warranty as it is outside of their 30 day return window. This is a $180 plastic junk kettle. I bought it in the belief that Dualit is a robust product. I'd look elsewhere if you're in the market.
